Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 9x5 loaf pan well.

Blend oats in a blender until fine powder forms.

Add all other ingredients (except chocolate chips) and blend smooth.

Stir in chocolate chips.

Pour into pan and bake on middle rack 35 minutes.

Turn oven off but do NOT open. Let bread sit in closed oven 10 minutes.
