    Crockpot: all ingredients except greens. Low 6 to 8 hours or high 3 to 5 until sweet potatoes are soft. Add greens, wilt, serve.

    Stovetop: large pot. Boil stirring frequently so peanut butter doesn't burn. Simmer covered 30 to 40 minutes. Add greens.

    Instant Pot: stew setting 8 minutes high pressure. Quick release. Optionally blend 2 to 3 cups for thicker texture.
