    Whisk arrowroot with warm water until smooth.

    Crockpot: combine all ingredients and arrowroot mix. Low 6 hours or high 4 to 5 until liquid is absorbed and quinoa is cooked.

    Stovetop: combine all in medium pot. Slow boil, simmer 20 minutes.

    Instant Pot: high pressure 10 minutes. Release pressure, fluff quinoa.
