    Crockpot: all ingredients except TVP. Low 6 to 8 hours or high 3 to 4. Add TVP 30 to 60 minutes before serving.

    Stovetop: simmer 45 minutes until onions are soft. Add TVP and cook 15 more minutes.

    Instant Pot: all ingredients. Chili setting or high pressure 10 minutes. Quick release.
