    Crockpot: all ingredients with potatoes on bottom. Low 6 hours or high 4 until potatoes are soft.

    Stovetop: large saucepan. Boil, cover, simmer 45 minutes until potatoes are soft.

    Instant Pot: all ingredients, potatoes on bottom. Stew setting or high pressure 12 minutes. Quick release.
